Add-on Support points addon - rewarding your users

This isn't a request but rather a suggestion. I am thinking of rewarding users who spend their time supporting others with such called support points. Support points can only be earned in selected forums and only when the one seeking support marks a reply of a user as "best answer in this thread". Perhaps these support points can later be spend for additional privileges, but that's rather an extra.

I have the Post Ratings addon.. but it's different than earning support points.

There'd also be a problem if another post were added which was really good - does the Best one lose its status to be replaced?

Good or not good doesn't matter. The post which solves the problem first earns the point, plain and simple.

Well if you're not into spending the points you could certainly use the paid add-on post ratings and enable the option for select forums
