Support a bit disappointing so far

I purchased Xenforo 4 hours ago and am having problems logging into my account. The forgot email system doesn't work and support isn't replying. I moved from phpbb because I felt a paid system would offer better support, but if nobody can help me with something so simple as recovering a password in a timely manner it's making me pretty nervous as to whether I made the right choice.

Is this usual for Xenforo support or is today an anomaly?

Edit: Seems this topic has been moved and I cant reply... the issue is getting into the admin area to download the software. I am aware that is a separate login to the forum :)

Edit2: Still can't reply... nothing in spam folder

Edit3: Beerforo... I didn't mix up emails... just said my forum email is apple and the one I registered with is *@hotmail... which I recieved my invoice on and is what I used on the forgotten password form

XenForo Ltd. is a UK based company, I somewhat doubt support staff is working at 10:28 PM BST.

Give them a little time during normal business hours.
 
Looks like I can reply now… dunno why I couldn’t yesterday. Anyway, apparently Xenforo are having issues with outbound emails, which is meaning the forgotten password function doesn’t work
