Cannot reproduce Summertime

I have set timezone to (UTC+01:00) Central European Time and miss one hour to our localtime.

Is there no possibility to set the summertime?

Where are you specifically, and when you respond to this, what time is it?

No DST option is needed. The server knows the rules based on the timezone you tell it.
