I sometimes have a personal conversation where I need to do something for the other party, but forget about it because I'm also doing a million and one other things.
It would be very useful if I could mark a personal converstaion as "flagged for action" or "unread" and have it show the red alert box, just like it does when I get a new PC (still itching to call them PM's!!!
). So it reminds me I've got something outstanding to go back and do.
That's it really ... just thought it might be a handy feature.
