Lack of interest [suggestion] Include agreement to receiving system emails in Terms and Rules

I know I can include it myself after installing, but it would be nice to include a notification that the included email on file in a user's account may/will be used for notification of account activation, password resetting instructions, as well as optional receiving of emails as notifications of new messages.

I actually had someone report me as a spammer for the account activation link email they received.
