XF 1.5 Subject title inconsistently shows CAPITAL letters

I'm having trouble getting my subject titles to show CAPITAL LETTERS consistently. Sometimes they show accordingly, other times they do not. It really seems to be hit and miss.

Example: Oga1 | M3 Leagues

Have you turned on the option to the Automatically Adjust Case of Discussion Titles?
