I want when i click "button smile" on editor. It will display Popup smile( like vbulletin)

This resource has nothing to do with XenForo 1.4 - it uses a completely different editor.

I'm trying to figure out what this Redactor is. I've searched the site and resources, but I don't quite get it Sorry. Also tried to search for it in the admin area.
I see multiple resources which refer to Redector, but don't quite get what the 'real' redactor is. Also could not find anything on the help pages.
