What controls the font color for the description found under style property groups?

OK, thanks for the information. It most likely isn't an issue for the majority of your users but I have admins in their 50's and 60's that don't see so well.

They could use Stylish, an add-on for Firefox and Chrome. Alternatively, they could increase the zoom level as that would make it a bit easier to read.
