We hired a website developer and they chose Drupal.
Our site is very complicated in that the CMS needs to work with a very large membership database which I will not get into.
Let me just say replacing Drupal is not an option so please don't suggest it.

The built in Drupal 'forum' is horrendous and it appears we have locked out basic features probably because of how it's been tied into our membership database.
I would love to suggest XF and before even thinking about hiring a developer, the roles (usergroups) of Drupal has to tie in very closely. The look and feel needs to match the Drupal theme.
Does anyone even think this is possible?
