XF 2.1 Struggling to Customise what a thread looks like/ centre Main site logo

Hey guys,
I'm Trying to make my forum posts look like this layout with the users Profile pic,Name and Ranks showing at the side:

But mine is coming out like this:

How would i change this?
Also How would i centre my logo:
