XF 2.2 Stripe issue

Hi. I have an issue with Stripe payment. Someone made a payment for userupgrade, but still can't see the payment on the logs and no userupgrade still happen. Any reason? Thanks.

I had to manually upgrade the user ad Stripe seems to be very slow. I don't know how it works at all. As payment has received, but user haven't been upgraded automatically. Any advice @Chris D

I have the same problem. Not one of my Stripe payments have upgraded on Xenforo. I was just checking Stripe and all the postback show 200 which is sent/received.

Sounds like you have the wrong endpoints configured and stripe isn't communicating the right information to xenforo.
