Fixed Stray .git-blame-ignore-revs in XF2.2.13 release zip

Utterly trivial, but it looks like a .git-blame-ignore-revs got put into the release zip.

I just noticed the bot post was a typo from comparing the dates and deleted my post. You're fast tho haha.

I don't know if this should be fixed or not currently, but I just had it appear in a fresh download.
