XF 2.1 Strange thing in Public Navigation

In Public Navigation I had added a new Navigation pure for testpurposes.
After that I deleted this navigation.

I does no more show in the navigation list, but is still prominent available in the navbar!

I do no know how to definitely remove this navigation!

Solved.

I found via BRON (Firefox) that there was some connection with "What's New".

Admin - Public Navigation I clicked op What's New and there it was, mentioned was an alteration that would be maintained if I did nothing.
I used the knob revert to bring back the normal situation and that was the solution.

Probably I had made a mistake.
