XF 1.5 Strange Behavior when using Kotomi + Caching Plugins in WordPress (GZIP?)

We've been running WP inside a XenForo container for a couple of years now without issues. We are trying to enable caching with KeyCDN Cache Enabler, but when it is enabled, we get garbled page output like the following image below. I'm wondering if it's possible that XF is compressing the content, and the plugin is doing it again.

Any ideas how I could verify/test this?
