Any way to prevent applications from those temporary emails address such as @gusto.com, @superrito.com, @armyspy and @dayrep.com?

Ban the email address domains in the ACP.

Sorry can you just confirm the ACP is the back end / admin at forum/admin.php
What does it stand for out of interest?

I assume that section is here: forum/admin.php?banning/emails

Can I just add the email address extension eg @armyspy.com

ACP = Admin Control Panel

Add them with the * at the beginning as a wildcard, as shown
