UserCP option - how many days should a thread have no new posts before you stop receiving alerts.
When a thread reaches the limit, you don't receive alerts for this thread. It'd be useful if someone drags up an old thread, you may not want to be alerted about it because the discussion has ended. Of course, 0 can be set by default to disable this.
