Fixed Sticky form submit row hidden behind fixed notices (e.g. enable push)

In a previous report, changes were made to allow for the height of fixed notices covering up regular content. However, this doesn't consider sticky form submit rows that may be present. Would it be feasible to adjust where a sticky submit row sits vertically, so that it doesn't get lost behind fixed notices? This issue means having to scroll to the bottom of the form (and realising how convenient those sticky submit buttons really were).

This issue can occur with just the standard XF2.1 enable push notifications notice, without any other custom ones. It happens on XenForo.com, too. Here's what I mean:

Note that in the screenshot above the enable push notice was altered slightly (reduced padding, font-size) to illustrate the point that the sticky form submit row is actually there. Ordinarily, this fixed notice fully covers the form row.

Thank you.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.2).

Change log:
Make some adjustments to the sticky submit row to offset any bottom fixed notices.
Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
