As per instructions, you have to import file on BBcode page option

But the xml file is the same than your screenshot
So for users, don't forget to edit line 11 from the xml file to change Važno to Important (or what you want)

I added image to addon overview page, because many users tried to upload xml file in install addon menu and not in custom bbcode import menu.

Thank you mate, but i have now done as instructed added the extra css and uploaded to server but i still get the blank images on the message layout

Try to upload files again.
If you use custom style, upload files to custom style folder.

Try to see in bbcode options path of icon and than see if that path is same as path to icon folder.

Also try to refreshe your browser cache

If icons are uploaded and path to icon is valid in custom bbcode settings (custom BBcode => advanced options => Editor Icon URL) then icons should show up in editor.

You are using custom theme, I see that warning icon is pulled directly from FA

Try to upload icons to your theme style folder and then put that path to your custom bbcode settings (custom BBcode => advanced options => Editor Icon URL)

You can use it for what you like, but warning, help... bbodes are usually Staff related.
You can try to user usergroup permissions for bbcodes through another addon from cclaerhout
