SpamCop spamtrap address

Hi,
I received this message from my host

It looks as if at least one of the recipients of this forum mailing is a SpamCop spamtrap address, meaning that no legitimate user of this address has consented to receive your mailings. To resolve this abuse ticket, please investigate your user list, and remove any spamtrap addresses or other invalid users.

How do I check my users list and fix it?

if the user has a @spamtrap email address, you can go to "Find a user" then in the contains email address box you should be able to use @spamtrap or whatever it is, and hit search, it should pull up any/all users with that in their email address.

none of my users has spamtrap in their email address

Then i'm not sure what that email is about. I would contact your host and ask them for more information.
