XF 1.3 Spam posts in Database but not in Forum

Hey
Running Xenforo forum at shoutersland.com and I see my posts table is now almost 1 GB but there is no new posts in the forum itself. Though my stats shows almost 94,000+ posts made..

How can I delete all these posts from database and how can I ensure it doesn't happen again?

Did you prune those posts at some point? The stats are cached so that is not necessarily the current correct count.

To answer your direct question... deleting spam posts is usually done using the spam cleaner on the front end (pull up the user's member card and click "Spam"):
