We have someone spamming us with reactions.
1. User registers profane or rude username. @BroganLikesTheKardashians
2. User posts some reactions.
3. We use the Spam cleaner
4. Reactions remain visible!
Currently the Administrator can "Remove Reactions", but that is a pain.
So, I suggest adding "Remove Reactions" to the Spam Cleaner default actions checklist.
