Lack of interest Spam cleaner new option: remove reactions

We have someone spamming us with reactions.

1. User registers profane or rude username. @BroganLikesTheKardashians
2. User posts some reactions.
3. We use the Spam cleaner
4. Reactions remain visible!

Currently the Administrator can "Remove Reactions", but that is a pain.

So, I suggest adding "Remove Reactions" to the Spam Cleaner default actions checklist.

In the meantime, reactions can be removed in the ACP.

I know, and have done that. I just think there is a good case for adding it as an option to the spam cleaner. Since the code to do that already exists, it might be an easy improvement.

Which reactions are removed, the reactions given by that user or the reactions received by that user?
