Lack of interest Sort warnings alphabetically

We have more than 10 warning types in the forum and it is hard to find the exact warning every time. So, it would be nice to sort them alphabetically :/

Also need an option to allow/disallow to special warnings by moderators.

I'm surprised there isn't a display order field within each warning.
