XF 2.2 Some site do not allow reqeusting the same file twice.

when I try to download the full XF package with IDM a get this
it happens just with XenForo.com

If no changes were made, then that still points to a local issue on your end.

There have been changes to the download functionality - there is now additional dialogue and a captcha box.

I using IDM from many years and no problem with the download
