Snog's Social Groups for XenForo 2.x Add-On vs IPS Clubs

I am trying to decide between Invision IPS and Xenforo, and I am leaning more towards Xenforo, but one aspect of IPS that I am very interested in is their Clubs feature. It comes bundled with the Core/Forums products and seems to be tightly integrated from demos that I have done. Does anyone use Snog's Groups for XenForo 2.x Add-On? Also, has anyone had experience with both IPS Clubs and Snog's Add-on?

I do not own a license for Snog's addon, however, I do own an IPS license and can tell you that Clubs is fantastic. You are right, it is very tightly integrated, as is all their products, and honestly nothing compares in my opinion.

I would recommend reading about Clubs and Snog's addon and compare them.

If you are very keen on using XenForo, you could wait for Nobita to release his social groups add-on. I haven't used it, but just from looking at it and reading other people's reviews, it seems like the better choice. Although, I have read that Nobita's add-on has stability issues, which would be less so in IPS's clubs. I don't know if that will change in his w.x version.

I have looked at Snog's web site to see how his addon works, but I'd like to see site(s) that have more groups configured. Can anyone who is using Snog's Social Groups for XenForo 2.x with a fair number of groups post a link to their site so I can take a look? Thanks

Nice summary and in addition IPS is about to release a substantial upgrade which allows group members to additionally view groups assets, eg forums and media, in the general forum and media sections. It's starting to look like a very nice feature.
