Browser issue Smilie/emoji placement issues in IE11

I can confirm that the issue doesn't exist on any modern browser.

We do support IE11 still, officially, but we can only do so much. We'll look to see if we can make an improvement here.

XenForo 2.2 no longer supports IE11 and our capacity for addressing issues in very old browsers was limited even in XenForo 2.1.

With that in mind, the bug will be closed, but we would strongly recommend either the last version of "legacy" Edge (Edge 18) or Chromium Edge as replacements.
