Fixed Smiley/emoji button on editor needs to be clicked twice on touch devices to open

As title.

It is on android, using Chrome.

Tested thoroughly to know if it is a bug or my fingers are pressing somewhere else. Happens everytime i tried to click on fresh page reload. Once it opens, you can close and re-open without this issue until page is reloaded again.
 
Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue is now resolved and we are aiming to include that in a future XF release (2.1.0 Beta 3).
