SLRuser.com Photography forum

I'm not a graphic designer but I liked SLRuser the best. I have owned a few different SLR cameras and they always display the letters SLR in caps on the body, packaging, etc.

Looks nice though,

Thank you much. I actually changed the logo to SLRuser and added a tag line as well. You might have to refresh the page to see it. http://slruser.com/

Nice forum there :) Will register for sure looking forward to get some help from you regarding few stuffs with camera . Planning to do some video works for my site and yes totally noob when it comes to taking video's on my own .

Congratulations. Your forum looks great. :) What theme are you using?
I would love to see that user albums would also support admin predefined categories or global albums.

By far the best forum site I have seen in years!
Thank you very much! I worked hard on it :)

Thank you, I built the theme myself. Many hours so far...but it was worth it.

Very clean layout, everything flows nicely. Heck, I may even refer a friend to this website. She just picked up a T2i because she loves taking pictures as a hobby, and she's trying to learn as she goes.

I really appreciate that! I love to help people with photography and SLRuser is starting to get some really talented photographers on board. Just an example, check out the great portrait write up a user wrote just a few days ago. The photos along with the diagrams showing the setup is awesome! http://www.slruser.com/threads/lighting-and-portraiture.123/

Hey Luke, great looking site. It's interesting to see such a clean/minimal style applied to XF. (y)

Do you mind answering how you've managed to get User Albums to display that nice images summary near the header? We've been searching for an easy way to accomplish this without having to hack something together.

Love what you did with XFR User Albums. Wish mine were displayed as simply as yours. Like Hyperion said, any chance for a hint as to how we may achieve on having the images themselves and not the title/other stuff) :)

The category collapse button seems out of place to me and is not connected with the category. You should try making the category colored square to also be the collapse button. On hover show an x over the button.

Also the min-width is very large. I realize it's due to the images up top. Have you considered using media queries to show a reduced amount of pictures at smaller widths? (Like what amazon does).
