Slowing Browser Experience

I understand how 'discouraged users' works, but does anyone know if there's an add-on which would slow down the browsing experience for someone who isn't a member of a certain usergroup?

We have two basic uaergroups on our forum.

Usergroup A is paid, and we'd like them to have the best browsing experience with minimal ads and no delays.

Usergroup B is free (not many of them), but we'd like it to be slightly slower and maybe more pop ups and annoying crap.

Can anyone think of a solution?

Perhaps just display a lot of ads to Usergroup B? That way you make money from those users and you aren't degrading their browser experience for nothing.
I mean, if you choose a less legitimate ad source than Google Adsense, you'll probably end up getting a bunch that have annoying popups anyway.

But again, that way you aren't just slowing down their experience for the hell of it.
