Just completed upgrading and now the admin control panel is blank and the home page is a template error.
Error.

Fatal error: Declaration of ThemeHouse\XLink\XF\Template\Templater::getIncludedJs() must be compatible with XF\Template\Templater::getIncludedJs(): array in /home/christianforums/public_html/src/addons/ThemeHouse/XLink/XF/Template/Templater.phpon line 80

No, it's 100% recommended that you make a backup of your site beforehand because you can't just undo an upgrade.
You'll have to troubleshoot and figure out what's wrong.

For future reference, this guide is helpful.

Start with what @philmckrackon said above to disable incompatible addons and work your way up from there.
Yeah, I've disabled the addons in the config.php file and I've uninstalled and disabled many of the add ons. I'm currently working on 'working my way up'.
I would feel like I have a better base now that the add ons are disabled or unisntalled with a fresh update... but if that's not possible then ok.

I'm betting that you missed an addon that caused your site to crash.
I'm sure you will find it.

Thanks, and I did. It wasn’t the one I expected!

The site is running great. Better than it was!
I’ve decided that the only add ons that I’ll run anymore will be official xenforo, Themehouse and OzzModz. And I hope OzzModz will be around for awhile. Honestly, I wish Xenforo would purchase his spam tool and integrate it!
