Add-on Simple "Bucket List" In User Profile Add-on

I want to create a "bucket list" of things people have done or want to do and for it to show in their user profile. Custom fields are a possibility but it'd look like this only:

Bucket list: went swimming, went hiking, went boating, went diving.

I want the Bucket List tab in user profiles to look like this for everyone but the user,

Thing	DID	PLANNING
Went Swimming	X
Went Hiking		X
Went Boating	X
Went Diving

But this for the user:

Thing	DID	PLANNING	EDIT
Went Swimming	X		edit | save
Went Hiking		X	edit | save
Went Boating	X		edit | save
Went Diving			edit | save

When "edit" is selected, they can get a radio box to choose 1 of the 2 options in the row (did, planning) and then be able to save it.

The rows, or list, should only be able to be edited from the ACP.

It would also be nice if there was a button that when clicked by the user would copy the table in text format for sharing along with the link to the tab like:
Went Swimming ✔
Went Hiking
Went Boating ✔
Went Diving
My bucket list: forumurl dot com / members / member1.1 / bucket-list

Edit: On second thought, the edit/save isn't necessary if there are just radio boxes that can be chosen and updated automatically.
