Fixed Signed In As User Name Link

I searched to see if this was reported, but coul not find one.

When clicking my user name in the Signed In As... block, nothing happens. Tested in IE 8, and FF 3.6.8

Edit: just to add, clicking my user name in the Online block brings up my profile card, as expected.

I suspect this is the same issue as clicking the avatar on the member card...
