XF 2.1 Show user profile birthday year by default and other info

We did our import from VB 5.5 to XF

Is there an easy way to change all users to have the checkbox next to "show birth year"? We show ages on the forums in the today's Birthdays Widget and dont want to have to have each member go in and change the setting individually.

Also, there was a "BIO" field we had in the old DB that appears not to have imported. Anyway to retrieve it now after the fact?

BUMP -- I found out the birthday year stuff but I am still wondering how we lost our "BIO" textarea field from vbulletin. It was part of the registration process and although I can see the import brought over some of the custom fields we had created, it did not get the bio or I am missing it somewhere (not in custom fields section).

Any ideas? Can I still get them in somehow?
