XF 2.2 Show more than 20 replies on a page

I would like threads show more than 20 replies per page. Do you guys know if it's possible to change the maximum number of replies shown per page?

Why on earth would you want to create pages that long? Do you realize how long they would take to load, especially on mobile?

I am a member of a few forums where that is the norm. That is one of the standard features on Discourse

discourse loads fresh content as you scroll down right? i believe url would change as you scroll down on discourse making it a virtual next page load.
