We are switching over to Xenforo and on our current forum, we had a function that when someone post a message with an image, link or a zip file it would show an icon at the end of the subject line on the list.

The icon with one camera is single image in post and with two camera is multiple images added to the post.
Whenever an URL address is posted in message, it would display a globe and if it a zip file then paperclip would be shown. Icon are appended at the end of the subject line
This help our moderator to glance over the list quickly to see if any image, url or file was attached to any of the post to check it out immediately.
