XF 1.4 Show Forum Title in Moderation Queue

What conditional do I have to use to show the forum title?

It would require an add-on as the forum name is not exposed in the data.

I've been dealing with this myself lately. The forum the post was made in is necessary information to have at one's fingertips, without having to click on the post title to see its location. It would be a time saver, not to mention that members who are being moderated often times post in the wrong forum, so their post needs to be moved straight away to another location.
