Nope! That limits the spam cleaner.

The Shared IP tool is hard limited to 14 days.

If this addon is enabled, the Shared IP setting will respect the Spam Cleaner setting.

It was initially coded against 1.3 and still works. Probably works with 1.2 but I don't support 1.2.
