XF 2.2 Setting up Account Upgrade payments, both Stripe and PayPal

We've had Stripe payments for a while, but we're also having more requests for PayPal. (I know, I know, but I want their money too!)

It looks to me that I have to do each amount for each gateway as a separate upgrade "product". Is that right?

As in:

$5/mo Stripe
$5/mo PayPal

$50/yr Stripe
$50/yr PayPal

And so on, yes?

Do I have the option of allowing them to enter the amount of their choosing, or do I have to make it specific? I'm fine with being specific, but it looks like that's my only option.

In Users -> Users upgrades, there you add a user upgrade
You can then set price and select the provider you want
