Setting a Facebook page in XenForo

I'm trying to link my existing Facebook page to Xenforo. I already have an application ID but I have no idea how to link it to the Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/axivo

What do you mean by link it to XenForo?

The feature in the ACP which uses the app ID is just for logging in via Facebook.
