I don't think there is one at the moment - but I've got one in the works. It'll be similar to the one for Minecraft servers in my sig - but it'll work for all games using the source engine! I'll send you a PM once I've released it.

Please keep me updated, I'd like to check this out since I run multiple game servers.
It would be useful if we can get CS:S/TF2/L4D2 & CS:GO.
