XF 1.2 Server log is truncating key error information

I'm having a bit of trouble with getting Chris Deeming's superb Auto Installer to play nice on our server.
I have got to the gist of the issue, but when looking at the error logs from the failures, each step in the stack trace is truncated (usually the path at the end of the line).
Is there anyway to overcome this?
