XF 1.4 Server Errors

Just seen the following in my Server Error Logs

Zend_Db_Statement_Mysqli_Exception: Mysqli statement execute error : Table 'xf_search_index' is marked as crashed and should be repaired - library/Zend/Db/Statement/Mysqli.php:214

Had the same entry twice at 9:41 and 9:42 this morning.

I run the Rebuild Search Cache and generated the following error

Zend_Db_Statement_Mysqli_Exception: Mysqli statement execute error : Duplicate entry 'profile_post-66' for key 'PRIMARY' - library/Zend/Db/Statement/Mysqli.php:214

Any ideas as to what has caused this and how do I correct the issue?

You need to repair your xf_search_index by running the following query:
REPAIR TABLE xf_search_index

Can I run the query from the admin panel?

No, you will need to do it via your host's control panel or through other means. You cannot run queries directly on the database from XF.
