^^ This is the process in which the issue seems to repeat on. I'm assume this really is a hosting issue (host in question is hostmonster.com ---- Suggest people avoid it.

3rd time was a charm. I re-uploaded the files (after the 1st time, still failed again, but the 3rd time completed the install) XenForo installation complete.

I'm thinking this really was just a hosting issue.

Host in question is hostmonster.com (suggest people avoid them).
