XF 1.4 Server Error Logs - "Unable to send mail"

I recieved two similar messages in my Server Error Logs, sent within a few minutes of one another, and I'm wondering whether I can safely ignore them. I haven't had any similar messages since, nor prior to these two.

If it's just a one off then it was likely due to a glitch or temporary failure.

If it happens frequently then you may want to contact your host and ask them to investigate.
