XF 2.2 Server error log recurring

So recently I keep finding a server error log and don't know what it is. It appears to relate to a username (but there is no such username on the forum). So I delete it, but it keeps coming back., Any idea what it is?

It says "User 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource (current value: 15)

That's a server limitation.

Contact your host and they should be able to assist by increasing the value.

It's the server user, not a member of your forum.

You need to go into your my.cnf file and increase that setting.

Apparently they can't change it from 15 . Server said to stop running processes temporarily. And something about optimizing scripts.

Thanks. Yes host suggested upgrading. It's fixed for now but if it comes back again I'll look at that.

Actually quite happy with Hostinger as they have 99.9% up time and quite fast, so I'm upgrading to a cloud hosting service - not much extra and reasonably priced.,
