XF 1.1 Server Error 28

I mentioned this to our DOTATalk owner, but he has no idea how to fix it.

How is Error 28 fixed?

You'll need a larger hard drive, its running out of space for mySQL.

Emptying the logs and tmp files may help, in the short term at least.
