XF 2.1 Server CPU Spikes being caused by job php?

My site was taken down by my hosting company and I was given a secure password to access it after it has been causing CPU spikes. According to the tech that's ran an evaluation on my site, he is trying to say that there is a long-running script that is executed by the file /job.php

He's telling me it needs to be optimized somehow. Looking at the xenforo default files, this is a xenforo file. Is this common, do I need to do something here? Any help to fix this would be great.

What type of hosting do you have? How big is the site? What addons are you running?

235k posts, 82k threads, 17,500+ members, 30+ active daily on a shared hosting. Think it just needs to be upped to dedi host?

I thought with not as many members active and traffic, I could get by on shared.. guess not. lol

Hmm, I would consider switching hosts. You can find plenty of shared servers that will preform well. My recommendation would be to contact @MySiteGuy or @MattW to host your site. They are both top notch hosts.
