Server Admin Debian wanted

Hi,

Can someone point me in a good direction to find an individual or a company supporting dedicated server management.
My previous admin can not find the time anymore.
Are there software companies out there which offer these kind of services for small projects?

Actual need would be updating and maintaining the server and get some security certificates installed.

I wrangle 30 servers since 2015, all Ubuntu, and by extension, could do a good job with Debian.
$75/hr and based in the USA.
The job would be time efficient because i have ideal configuration files for Xenforo already, lots of copy/paste
I also have a developer who costs less than me who can do customizations if needed.
