is there any way to have a seperate captcha for the "Contact Us"?

What do you mean separate? You mean one different from the one you use during registration? Or do you mean something other than what ships with the default software?

I have my own captcha for the registration but I cant use this for the "Contact Us" thats why I need a different captcha.

I think it's because by default you cannot. You can probably do it with a custom add-on or possibly edits to the template/php files. I haven't had a lot of time to look at anything forum related this weekend as I've just finished 36 hours in 2 days at the local clinic moving servers and trying to hack a Linux system that is pretty well protected to move it to a new server in a VM using ProxMox.
