SEO question

Hello everyone,

I have a small forum running just for the fun, and I was looking into SEO to see how my site scores where, i used this website: http://seositecheckup.com/

First of all I am new to seo so I am not sure if the website i use is any good but in either way I can only get 62% and I was curious if one of you does know how to resolve the problems it does give me and or if it is even possible to get 100% with Xenforo.

My Score is 62/100 (20 Important Fixes, 33 Passed Checks)

Is there someone that could have a look at the pdf file I attached and perhaps could help me slightly out how I could fix the missing 20 Important Fixes?

Most of them you can fix by using server and browser caching, often bringing your score above 80%.
