XF 1.4 Sending xenforo script to developer

I am getting a paid custom script done of my forum.

What are the rules about sending the xenforo script package to the developer. He needs the script to work on it on his own computer.

Is there things i should do or know before i send it to him?

Strictly speaking, redistribution is not permitted:

But test installations are allowed. You can setup a test installation on your own server and give him access.
